PacBak™ Returns, Refunds & Warranties
Thank you for choosing PacBak™. We take pride in the quality and engineering of our products and are confident they will exceed your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes the unexpected happens. Below is our policy on returns, refunds, and warranties. Please follow the steps outlined to ensure a smooth process.
PacBak™ Return & Refund Policy
Note: If your item is damaged or has material defects, please initiate a warranty claim instead of a refund request. We want to evaluate the issue and make things right.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request at our discretion. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific situation, please reach out directly.
- Refund Grace Period: You have two (2) days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund request for products purchased directly from PacBak™.
- Eligibility for Refund: To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Sales:
- Customized, special orders or personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
- Sale, clearance, or marked-down items are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for store credit at our discretion.
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable and final.
Changes to Policy:
PacBak™ reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will not apply retroactively.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To start the return or refund process, visit our website PacBak Contact Page or email us at support@pacbak.com. Please include the following details:
- Your full name
- Product type and quantity
- Reason for return or refund
- Proof of purchase
- Desired resolution (e.g., refund, replacement, etc.)
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Your request will be confirmed within seven (7) business days, and we may contact you for additional information if necessary.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price, or $100 (whichever is less), may apply. You will be notified if this fee applies to your return. Shipping costs to and from PacBak™ and any non-refundable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Resolution Process
We will notify you of approval or denial of your refund request within 30 calendar days. If approved, you may be required to return the product at your expense. Items must be returned within 30 days of the return initiation to be eligible for a refund.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method when possible. For cash or check purchases, refunds may be issued as a store credit or a company check at PacBak’s discretion.
If the return is denied, you will be notified, and arrangements can be made to reclaim your product(s). Failure to reclaim items within seven (7) days will result in forfeiture of ownership rights.
PacBak™ Warranty Policy
PacBak™ offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on select products and a One-Year Limited Warranty on others. These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship and apply only to the original purchaser. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
- What’s Covered: PacBak™ will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund defective products or components. If the original item is no longer available, a similar product of equal or greater value may be offered.
- What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, improper use, modifications, and damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., natural disasters) are not covered.

Limitations of Liability
PacBak™ is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. If applicable law does not permit disclaimers of implied warranties, any such claims will expire when the warranty period ends.
PacBak™ reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time.
